WETLANDS

WETLANDS is an adaption of the bestselling novel by Charlotte Roche. Directed by German Director David Wnendt (Warrior) this film is considered as one of the most courageous films in the last years. The film premiered at the Locarno Film Festival and was well received. The Filmmusic plays with Elements of Pop-Culture combining a sense of rebellion and the deep search of the 17-year-old girl Helen. The usage of this electronic music combines instrumental songwriting with dramaturgical film scoring. Based on the theme of the film Enis Rotthoff produced the title track "Wetlands" in collaboration with the recording artist Ezra de Zeus (to hear this track go to the section Songs)
